Meeting No. 1: Executive Meeting on 29th September 2022 at 2:00 pm in the Conference Hall of the college
Agenda: 
1. Regarding the vacant post of President of Women’s Forum
2. NAAC related issues.
3. Others

Proceedings:
The topics of the agenda were discussed I the meeting and the following resolutions were taken:

Resolution: 
1. The vice-president of the forum Mrs. Himadri Moyee Bora has been choosen as the president in charge. 
2. Before the NAAC visit a permanent room for Women’s Forum is required.
3. A felicitation program of the previous president Dr. Gargee Chakraborty in honour of her achievement as the Principal of MNC College, Nalbari is to be organized. 
4. Donation for a social cause is to be made. 
5. A general meeting to be organised within the session. 

Action Taken: 
1. A general meeting was organised to discuss the above mentioned resolutions.

Meeting no 2: General Meeting on 20th October 2022 
Agenda: 
1. Condolence in memory of Late Dr. Deepalee Das
2. Discussion about annual Women Conference held in Dhubri on 22nd October 2022.
3. Felicitation of Dr. Gargee Chakraborty
4. Donation for a social cause.
5. Others

Proceedings: The meeting was cancelled due to the absence of majority of the Forum members.

Meeting No.3 : General Meeting on 28th January, 2023 in the Teachers’ Common Room.
Agenda:
1. Regarding the organisation of Food Court in the upcoming College Week.
2. Others

Proceedings:
The topics of the agenda were discussed at the meeting and the following resolutions were taken:

Resolution:
1. The meeting has decided that the members of the forum will prepare two items i.e, Luchi-Gugni & Tea stall in the food court, as the joint endeavour of the Food Court.
2. Active participation of both students and teachers in show casing their culinary skills and developing entrepreneurial skills was welcomed. 3. Different groups were formed for proper running of the stalls.
4. A minimum profit is to be collected from each stall and given to the Women’s Forum.

Action Taken:
1. A food court was organised in the College Week from 3rd to 7th February 2023.

Meeting no 4: Executive Meeting on 21st February 2023 in the Teacher’s Common Room.
Agenda:
1. Continuation Of Jaimini
2. Donation for a social cause.
3. NAAC Visit
4. Others.

Proceedings: The topics of the agenda were discussed at the meeting and the following resolutions were taken:

Resolutions:
1. The members of the committee has proposed for the further continuation of Jaimini and the steps for further development is to be discussed in the upcoming general meeting.
2. Donation for social cause was also proposed.
3. Discussion of NAAC visit and the role of Women’s Forum in the same.
4. A general meeting has to be organised for the formation of the new committee of Women’s Forum.

Action Taken:
1. A general meeting was organised to discuss about the above mentioned resolutions.

Meeting No.5 : General Meeting on22ndFebruary, 2023 in the Conference Room, D.K.College
Agenda:
1. Condolence of Late Dr. Deepalee Das.
2. Presentation of Secretarial Report.
3. Presentation of the Audit Report.
4. Resignation of old committee.
5. Formation of new committee.
6. Others.

Proceedings: The topics of the agenda were discussed at the meeting and the following resolutions were taken:

Resolutions:
1. The members of the forum proposed that a registration counter should be opened during the college week for participants willing to participate in the food court in the upcoming years. Rs 50 is to be collected as the registration fees, a minimum profit is to be collected from each participants after sales.
2. ‘Jaimini’ publication to be continued in an online mode. An editorial board is to be formed. The technical help shall be provided by Prof.Dhiraj Ch.Das, Assistant Professor, Dept. Of Computer Science ,D.K.College. A certain amount of remunerations to be paid to him for his help.
3. Regarding the celebrations of International Women’s Day, 2023 it has been resolved that a street play will be performed in Gorgora on 10th March 2023 at 11am. The theme for International Women’s Day is “DIGITALL: Innovation & Technology for Gender Equality”.
The organisation of the street play is to be supervised by Dr.Tulika Hazarika, Assistant Professor, Dept.of Assamese, D.K.College.
4. An amount of charity is to be raised for Apurbo Kakati- a student of 6th Semester, Dept.of Assamese, D.K.College, who is suffering from blood cancer. The new committee will raise the fund from teaching & non-teaching members of Women’s forum and hand it over to the student, tentative date is yet to be decided.
5. A new committee was formed according to the agenda of the meeting. The charge of Secretary & President was handed over to the new committee. The details of the new committee are as follows:
